The Lalique Digital Gift Card
The Digital Gift Card will be sent to you by email after the order confirmation.
You also have the option to send the Gift Card to any email address of your choice before adding it to the cart, and schedule its delivery for a specific date. To do so, you must select the "I want to send this as a gift" option on the product page, provide the required details, and you may include a personalized message for the recipient. In this case, it will not be necessary to add a message during the checkout process.
Important notice: if no specific date is selected, the Gift Card will be sent immediately.
It is possible to purchase multiple Gift Cards in a single order. However, if you wish to send the Cards to multiple recipients, we recommend placing as many orders as there are recipients to personalize each Gift Card.
Validity of the Lalique Gift Card
The Lalique Gift Card is valid for one (1) year from its date of purchase. After this period, it will be automatically deactivated.

The Lalique Gift Card is valid for all products available for sale on the website and in boutiques. However, it cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.
How to Use the Lalique Gift Card for Payment
The Lalique Gift Card can be used in one or multiple transactions and can be combined with another authorized payment method.
It is also possible to use multiple Gift Cards for a single purchase.
- On the Lalique website: Enter the code received via email in the "Gift Card" section during checkout.
- In-store: Present your printed Gift Card or show it on your smartphone to our advisors.
How to check the balance of a Lalique Gift Card?
- Add an item to your cart on uk.lalique.com and select your Gift Card as the payment method. If the Gift Card balance is less than the item price, the remaining balance will be displayed automatically.
- Contact us at shop.london.cs@lalique.fr; our customer service advisors are at your disposal.
- Visit a store with your Gift Card to inquire directly.
Terms and Conditions for Refunds
The Gift Card can be refunded if you change your mind, provided it has not been used.
You must submit a refund request within 28 business days by email to shop.london.cs@lalique.fr. The timeframe starts from:
- The date the Gift Card is sent to the recipient of your choice, if you selected the email delivery option.
- The date of purchase of the Gift Card, if you chose to send it yourself to the recipient.
For purchases made between November 15 and December 15, the refund period is extended until January 15.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The Lalique Gift Card cannot be exchanged, refunded, or partially reimbursed, nor can it be replaced in case of loss, theft, or expiration.
