Refund policy
1 | RETURN AN ITEM
The Client has a right of withdrawal, allowing him/her to cancel his/her order and to return the Products ordered to Lalique within 28 days starting on the day of delivery.
Prior to the return of the Products within the 28-day-period from delivery, the Client shall manifest his/her intent to exercise his/her right of withdrawal to the customer service of Lalique by telephone, by postal mail or by email, specifying his/her last name, first name, order reference, phone number and email address.
The Client shall return the Products to the postal address mentionned in the return coupon given at delivery.
The return shall be at the sole cost and sole risks of the Client, being specified that for Clients residing in countries outside the United Kingdom, customs duties and taxes may be applied to them. The Products shall be returned in the original packaging in a condition allowing their resale. If a Product is returned incomplete or after having sustained damage, Lalique shall not accept the return and shall not be able to proceed to the refund.
The global price of the Products returned, including initial packaging and delivery costs, shall be refunded to the Client within 14 days upon exercise of the right of withdrawal, if the Products have been returned to Lalique.
Delivery charges paid when placing an order on the website will only be refunded if the entire order is returned.
Such right of withdrawal does not apply to bespoke Products that have been customized on demand of the Client, for instance with the engraving of a name. Nor does it apply to perfumes and candles if the seal has been removed by the Client.
2 | CHANGE AN ITEM
When placing an order on uk.lalique.com, you have the option of exchanging one or more items. Prior to returning the product(s), you must notify the Lalique e-boutique Customer Service by telephone, mail or e-mail, of your intention to receive a new item within 14 days, beginning with the day of delivery.
Only exchanges for products of equivalent value are admissible. Any exchange for a product of a lower or higher price than that of the returned product will be subject to a refund from Lalique and a new order to be placed on the website by the Customer.
Therefore,
For any exchange of an item of equivalent value, we invite you to send us back your article by specifying on the return coupon the desired product. On receipt, the Lalique teams will send you your replacement item.
For any exchange of an item of lesser or greater value, we invite you to return your article specifying, on the return coupon, that you wish to obtain a refund. This will be initiated upon receipt of the returned item. You will then be able to place a new order on our website uk.lalique.com.
The returns form is systematically added to the parcel.
3 | TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GIFT CARD REFUNDS
The Lalique digital Gift Card is refundable if the Client changes their mind, provided it has not been used. The Client must submit a refund request within 28 business days by email to shop.london.cs@lalique.fr. The refund period starts from:
- The date the Gift Card is sent to the recipient, if the Client selected email delivery.
- The date of purchase, if the Client opted to send the Gift Card themselves.
For purchases made between November 15 and December 15, the refund period is extended until January 15.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The Lalique Gift Card cannot be exchanged, refunded, or partially reimbursed once it has been used, nor can it be replaced in the event of loss, theft, or expiration.
