Shipping policy

DELIVERY

Items available for sale online at uk.lalique.com can be delivered within the United Kingdom,  or, where available, collected from the Lalique Conduit Street boutique in London.

For delivery outside the UK, we invite you to contact our Conduit Street store, which will be happy to take your order, by email at shop.london.cs@lalique.fr or by phone at 0044 20 7292 0444. 

Orders placed at uk.lalique.com are shipped from our Conduit Street boutique. The store takes care of shipping the parcel to the customer's home, via DHL, DPD or Royal Mail (if requested).

The average delivery time is between 1 to 3 business days for orders placed before 2pm. After 2pm, please allow 1 to 4 business days. (Please note that the delivery times for Damien Hirst pieces may vary. Usually between 1 and 3 days, but they may be extended by one to several weeks).

PICK UP SERVICE

Pick Up is available at the Lalique Conduit Street boutique in London, subject to product availability.

If Pick Up is available for your order, you can select in-store pick-up at checkout. You can also check the item's availability at the Conduit Street boutique directly from the product page.

Your order will normally be ready for collection within 4 business hours from confirmation of your order. You will receive a “Ready for Pick-up” email as soon as your order is available. Please do not visit the boutique before receiving this email and make sure to check the boutique's opening days and hours before your visit.

Your order must be collected within 5 calendar days of receiving the “Ready for Pick-up” email. If your order is not collected within this period, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

When collecting your order, please present your “Ready for Pick-up” email together with a valid photo ID. The boutique also reserves the right to verify the payment card used to place the order.

MADE-TO-ORDER CREATIONS

As some creations are made to order, delivery times, costs and terms will be confirmed by a Lalique advisor prior to order validation.

These items include boxes, furniture, decorative panels, large lighting pieces, seating, mirrors and textiles.


DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery is free for all orders.
